There is no better time than now to start emptying out those drawers, and if a bit of a spring clean isn't a good enough excuse, then the fact that your unwanted clothes can be used to help Australian's in need should be all the motivation you need.
During September we put a call out to our staff to bring in any items of clothing they could spare to contribute to our Salvation Army Drive - and boy, we did not expect the result. An incredible 1000 KILOGRAMS of clothes were piled in to a Salvos truck last week and shipped off to our local store.
