The “IHG Meet How You Meet’ campaign (the “Promotion”) is valid only for meeting and event bookings made between May 15, 2023 and December 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”) for events to be materialised at participating IHG branded hotels from May 22, 2023 to June 30, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Materialised Dates”).

Bookings are final and require full prepayment for the entire event at time of booking. Cancellation and no-show policy applies as per hotel. Once a booking is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between the time of your booking and your event date for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the booking is used. Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes and you will be informed at the time of check-in.

The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. At Holiday Inn, kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.

Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this offer. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Rates are subject to availability.
